Play test and tip profile would indicate there's plenty of life left and the slight bend in the cantilever appears not to impact on sound quality to any great extent.
Based on play testing through a MC phono stage I would think this is the low output version.
Includes bolts but no guard. Will be shipped in 10x4 packaging.
