Early 21 mm dia Ittok pillar and wand.
Just consisting of the parts illustrated in the attached photos.
Both dials move freely and
Horizontal bearing is fine but vertical bearing is notchy.
The finger lift is short by 2 or 3 mm - not sure what happened there.
Wireing and connectors are in good order.
