Superb example of a single owner Ekos Mark 1, bought new in 1988.
In 2009 the bearings were inspected at the Linn factory and while the horizontal bearing passed their tests, the vertical bearing was replaced. The bias spring was also replaced and some pre tension added at the zero position, to correct the inaccuracy inherent in the Mark1 & 2 design. The same correction made to the later SE/1 arms.
In 2025 the arm was sent to J7Rewires where the internal wiring was upgraded to Cardas 33GA.
The arm is in superb cosmetic order and the bearings are very smooth. Both dials rotate freely and the lift works as it should.
