This is an early Ittok with the smaller 21 mm diameter pillar.
Both dials move freely and both vertical and horizontal bearings are very smooth.
The arm moves smoothly horizontally when a small bias is applied and achieved around 65 swings.
Lift mechanism works as it should and both dials rotate freely.
