Both dials move freely and both vertical and horizontal bearings are very smooth.
The arm moves smoothly horizontally when a small bias is applied and achieves an impressive 80+ swings.
Lift mechanism works as it should and both dials rotate freely.
Very minor mark on dia next to zero.
