In superb cosmetic condition but mechanically not so perfect!
Vertical bearing is smooth but whilst the horizontal bearing achieves 30 to 35 swings it is tight / notchy. This being more pronounced when positioned at the extreme of it's movement, over the spindle. Despite this issue it is still very usable.
Both dials move freely.
Lift mechanism works.
